Privacy Policy:
This policy sets out how RFIDAA collects, uses and discloses any personal information and your rights to access and correct that information.

Personal information held by RFIDAA will include the information you have provided on your RFIDAA membership form. This may include your name, address, telephone or mobile phone number, email address, bank account or credit card details, and occupation

While you are not obliged to provide personal information to RFIDAA, without this information we may not be able to provide you with an appropriate level of service. You may request access to personal information we hold about you and ask us to update it.

RFIDAA uses the information you provide for the following purposes:
provide our services to you and to manage and administer those services and your account;

  • gain an understanding of your needs in order for us to provide you with a better service;
  • research and develop our services; and
  • inform you of industry news and developments.


RFIDAA takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect, use and disclose is accurate, complete and secure.

Your details will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided them and will never be added to any mailing list (other than ours). We will not use or disclose them to anyone without your consent (except where legislation may require it).

Our Privacy Policy and our approach to privacy adheres to the Australian Government's National Privacy Principles contained within the Privacy Act. Material on this site, including pages and online images and material supplied by RFIDAA Members and contributors, is protected by the Copyright Laws of Australia.
You may retrieve RFIDAA material for information only. You may save a local copy or send it to your printer for your own personal use or in order to inform authorised and potential users about that RFIDAA material. However, you may not make any charge for such use and any commercial exploitation is expressly prohibited.

You must include the copyright notice in any copy that you make.

You may not modify the information found in RFIDAA material without the express permission of RFIDAA.

You must seek permission from the copyright holder for use of other material not marked "copyright" RFIDAA.
