FILE TECHNOLOGY Pty Ltd has pioneered the use of RFID as a tracking mechanism for the movement of files, etc. throughout an organisation’s premises.

We have developed unique software, tags and readers, all of which are Gen2 compliant, that give our system the capability and flexibility to meet all tracking requirements such as multiple reads and close proximity, as well as the incorporation of any required business rules.

We provide all the software, middleware and hardware required to implement our system, in effect becoming a "one stop" shop.

Our system can operate standalone or be integrated with existing computer operations. In neither case will there be any deleterious effect on existing operational procedures.

Full training is provided, as is ongoing support, with continuing upgrades being made available.

Our system will overcome the problems arising from the "loss" or misplacement of files during their period of use within an organisation.

The automatic and "real time" recording of file movements allows staff to be freed to concentrate on core activities and generates confidence in the records operations as a whole.
